Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Can I request a custom order?
Absolutely! I love working collaboratively to create personalized items. Whether you're interested in a small customization, have specific requirements in mind, or you have a new idea you think would be great for the brand to offer, please feel free to reach out - I am happy to do my very best to bring your vision to life.

What if I need to make a change to my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. I will do my best to accommodate any changes before I begin creating your order. After the item(s) are finished, I will no longer be able to make changes/modifications.

What is your return/exchange policy?
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving it with photos of what was wrong with the order and a brief explanation. Due to all items being made to order, I will only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there’s an error on my part.
